产品简介

SYBR^® Green qPCR Mix是2X浓缩的实时定量PCR预混液，使用时只需加入模板和引物即可进行反应。采用创新的热启动机制可以减少引物二聚体和其他次级产物对反应的干扰，可以显著提高定量PCR的特异性、扩增效率，得到更广的可定量扩增区域。采用了新的增强剂，对各种目的片段 PCR 效率的波动可控制在最小范围内，反复冻融对扩增性能影响极小。本品可与常见定量PCR仪完美兼容，如ABI、Roche、Bio-Rad等。
